STEAMING AND FINISHING
The final step of steaming and finishing processes are carried out with importance and care. This is the time of the final quality check.
The finishing process involves the application of the finishing details like buttons, patches, zips, knitted pockets, bar tacks and labels applied by linear, sewing or cover stitch machines.
If requested we apply embroidery or print on the garment.

The service of the ironing and pre-ironing of the knitted garments are completed using flat steam and breathe boards, with irons or on ironing presses, where the garment lays.
The quality control during this process is carried out by comparing the garments to the original size chart and the original sample.
After the ironing of the garment, we apply hangtags, barcodes, fold the garments and pack them.
Now we are ready to ship it!
