KNITTING

We use certified 4.0 knitting machines to develop our fully-fashion garments to have short and competitive knitting times with a low percentage of knitting wastage.

Our knitting department comprises of electronic rectilinear flat knitting machines from gauge 3 to 18.

During the knitting process, the supervision by the operator is a fundamental step. The knowledge about the yarn and use of the rectilinear flat knitting machines makes a significant difference during this process.

The knitting tension and elasticity of the knitted panels are checked continuously by the operator to ensure an efficient production. After this, all the panels are carefully inspected again and separated according to size and colour.
